Shipping & Return Policies

We send all orders through either USPS or Amazon Logistics. Both ways are safe and fast.

Always! You should receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order gets shipped. If we are sending through USPS, you’ll get the tracking number immediately. If your order is going through Amazon Logistics, they will only send you the tracking number after some time. But be sure you will receive it on time.

Yes! Why not?

We charge a flat rate for international shippings. Your country’s Border & Customs taxes are not included and it will be something that you will have to find out about yourself.

If you are an international buyer, please provide your phone number. This is something that carriers ask for on the forms for international shipping in order to guarantee that your goods will be delivered without hurdles. We promise we won’t call you in the middle of the night asking if you liked our product. :)

If you are in a rush, breath in, breath out and contact us. We can try to arrange that for you.

We are committed to offering the best shopping experience. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns of unused, unwashed and undamaged products within 15 days of purchase. Returns are refunded in the original method of payment, minus shipping and handling fees. All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars. We will honor exchanges beyond 30 days for manufacturer defects only. Make sure you follow these guidelines. If you don’t, you can’t accept your returned item. Please contact customer service at yo@undernysky.com to process returns.

Adjustment & Repairs

We use high quality material and test all our aprons, but if something happen to your apron we can help you get it back to its full glory by changing metals, straps or making other doable repairs. In case of misuse, we can help you as well. Just contact us at support@undernysky.com.

All of our aprons are ready for retail with shoulders/neck straps matching their waist-loops.

If you want straps of a different color, you can go to our shop and order a new pair. If you need something more specific, you can always text us at yo@undernysky.com.

Easy-fastening models can’t have their straps replaced because they are stitched to the apron.

Our office-studio-home is in Manhattan, right near Central Park. Every end of the business is designed and managed from our Manhattan Studio.

We design our products here in New York City, then they are handmade by an international and multi-talented crew situated in Brazil. Everything is then shipped to NYC where we give the final touches, press, fold, pack and label each apron before sending them to you.
