The quote for bulk orders will depend on the quantity of units ordered and other factors such as the model you chose (different products have different materials, timetable and craft), current promotions, customization, shipping speed and destination for the delivery. You can ask a quote for any quantity, but we can only offer free shipping for orders of more than 5 units, and discounts for orders of more than 10 units.

Our limits are labor, material, and time. You can order any of our designs, and if, for some reason, we do not have them in stock or cannot make them for you, we'll let you know. We will do everything we can to make it happen, and we will let you know absolutely everything beforehand.

It depends on the quantity and customization. For bulk orders requiring customization, you may start receiving discounts for quantities exceeding 20 units. Explore more details on our Custom Order page and submit your inquiry.

For most orders, if the items are in stock, the shipping time is 5-7 days. However, if we don't have the quantity you need on hand, we'll need to craft the items, adding an additional 5 to 20 days to the shipping time. The actual timeline may vary based on factors such as order size and information flow. Rest assured, we'll provide you with an estimated timeframe in advance, offering a clear idea of when to expect your order.

The only circumstances that may cause shipping delays include if the customer takes longer to approve the final design/order, if the shipping information is incorrect or incomplete, or in the event of unexpected natural incidents that affect carrier services, such as hurricanes, blizzards, floods, or peak shopping periods like Black Friday.

Yes, most of our aprons are available for individual purchase. We encourage you to order one to try and ensure it meets your needs. This is particularly important before considering a bulk order, as those orders are mostly non-returnable.

While we don't currently offer a formal wholesale program, we do provide enticing bulk discounts. Feel free to purchase and utilize the items as you wish, including resale. As the designers, producers, and sellers of these products, we operate independently and do not have official representatives or retail partnerships.

To offer you the best price, we cut to the bone. Therefore, if you need to return your items, you'll be responsible for the return shipping cost. Additionally, restocking fees and the initial outbound shipping cost we paid for will be deducted from the refund.

Please note that canceling an order after production incurs a restocking fee. We encourage you to thoroughly review all details and confirm your order before production begins to ensure your complete satisfaction.

If you decide to cancel your order after it has been shipped, kindly wait until you receive the package. Once you have it, proceed to return the order to us. Upon receiving the returned items, we can initiate the refund process, deducting the restocking fee and outbound shipping costs. We strongly recommend reviewing all details and confirming your order before production begins to ensure your complete satisfaction.

We apologize, but we do not handle bulk orders over the phone. To ensure accuracy and thorough documentation, we exclusively handle custom and bulk orders through email. This allows us to keep a comprehensive record of all the details, including descriptions, images, mockups, sketches, links, and more. Additionally, certain sales channels require us to maintain a detailed log of conversations with buyers, ensuring transparency and facilitating resolution in case of any disputes. This process has been successful in ensuring smooth custom orders for several years.
