The minimum requirement for printing is 10 units per design. If you have a smaller quantity in mind, feel free to reach out to us.

We offer printing services for most of our products and you can have your designer printed basically anywhere on the garment. It is important to notice that the design will look better if it doesn't go over seems. We recommend a minimum margin of 1 inch (2.5 cm) between the printing and the edge/hem/border of the garment for safety reasons.

The cost of printing varies based on the size, as well as the quantity of units needed. Please refer to the pricing table for the cost per unit. Additionally, there is an initial set-up fee of $25 USD (before taxes), which is waived for repeated orders without design changes. For most orders, the production time is between 7-15 days, in addition to the shipping time, starting from the date of artwork approval. The actual timeline may vary depending on factors such as order size, printing complexity, and the flow of information. We only offer printing service for our products so, the limit is the size of each product. Please note we have a initial standard size of 5 x 7 inches, but you can have your design in formats larger than that.

Virtually, any fabric that can withstand high temperatures can be printed. However, there are some fabrics that won't yield the best results, such as waxed canvas, fabrics with a high elastane content, and coated or treated fabrics. This is because the ink requires a clean surface to adhere, and certain treatments can interfere with that. Additionally, elastic fabrics can cause the printing to crack.

The only circumstances that may cause shipping delays include if the customer takes longer to approve the final design, if the shipping information is incorrect or incomplete, or in the event of unexpected natural incidents that affect carrier services, such as hurricanes, blizzards, floods, or peak shopping periods like Black Friday.

For optimal quality, please provide your design in a vector format (EPS, PDF, SVG, AI) or a high-resolution file in formats (JPG, PSD, TIFF).

Yes, we will create an printing test and share pictures with you for confirmation. The test involves an actual printing of your design on a fabric sample that matches the garment material of your order. The test will use your chosen size, colors, and placement. Production will only begin once we receive your approval.

As part of our customization service, we provide artwork proofs and mock-ups to showcase the design's position and sizing. These will be provided once your order is confirmed and payment is received. If you need assistance in determining the best placement for your logo or design, our team is available to assist you.

We apologize, but we do not handle custom orders over the phone. To ensure accuracy and thorough documentation, we exclusively handle custom and bulk orders through email. This process has been successful in ensuring smooth custom orders for several years.

We can print only brand new Under Ny Sky products. And, unfortunately, as the printing is done in our workshop in Brazil, the cost of shipping your items to us would probably be very prohibitive.

We do not offer a logo design service and we require a final version of your logo/art. You can look for graphic designers on the web and will you probably find very good ones.

Printing costs are calculated per unit of design printed in a single placement within the size of 5 x 7 inches (12 x 17 cm). Since each design is unique, there will be two setup costs, and the printing cost will be charged separately for each unit of design/placement. Please note that 5 x 7 inches (12 x 17 cm) is only a standard size, and you can have your print larger than that.

Making alterations after production would require extra materials and labor, which would increase costs and turnaround times for both you and us.

If you really need to have alterations made to your custom order after it has been produced, we will need to evaluate the additional costs and time needed to accommodate the requested changes.
